Over the past couple of years I followed several trainings led by the founder of People Unlimited. He created a very stimulating learning environment that supported me in fully showing myself, developing skills and discovering new talents, especially with respect to taking more challenging tasks and coaching a team of individuals in their personal development.
I learned to be more effective and to create more pleasure, which allowed me to accept bigger workloads and more responsibility.
It appeared to be a perfect preparation for my current managerial role of leading an international team of about twenty specialists, men and women, with different cultural backgrounds and ages.
